For Manage Complain Type please follow the next steps:
1. Login to System Admin Panel.
2. Select Complain Type sub menu under Complain main menu from left side bar.
3. To Add/Create new Complain Type click Add Complain Type tab.
4. To Edit Complain Type Click Edit button in the Notice list.
5. To Delete Complain Type Click Delete button in the Complain Type List.
6. You are done with Manage Complain Type feature.
